This pack features region #317 Nethens.

The Nethens region is mostly land in the 1st and 2nd Ages with a few lakes in the north and a slither of sea.

In its formative epochs it has an unusually large number of volcanos. However its ice age is completely average, with unbroken ice and snow in exactly the northern half.

It is unusual that its huge plains have not become desert so it has a large number of huge forests in the more hospitable epochs.
